Had my laptops screen replaced after it was dropped, and I must adumbrate just how professional and friendly the service was. For a reasonable price of just £150 my device was fixed, to a high standard, and returned safely to me within just a few days. One would definitely recommend to anyone in need of any repairs. In fact, for anyone, whom is studying/staying at the nearby university, I would definitely recommend you look into their custom above going anywhere else. Amazing service. Please use it if you have any hard drive problems. I called at ~20:00 to ask if he could repair my hard drive, which had stopped powering up when the USB was connected to the computer. Malik, the service provider, swiftly arrived from another job in Stevenage (I am based in Hatfield) and collected the hard drive at approximately 21:00. By 22:30, he had diagnosed the problem and informed me that all my data was recoverable. Malik successfully recovered the data, and by 23:30, I had all my data back. I cannot recommend this service enough. Malik was quick and professional and worked hard to make sure I had my data as swiftly as possible. Minor criticism: It would have been better if the price and method of payment had been explained on the website or when I initially called. I have no problem with the price; I just could have been more prepared when it came to payment, which was via bank transfer. I do believe Malik prefers cash, and if told, this could have been prepared in advance. ~ Liam O

I called Laptop Repair for removal of malware. R. came to my house and gave personalized service with courtesy and efficiency. He checked absolutely everything and left me with new software , making sure that I had antivirus downloaded too. Very good value for money, it was a lifesaver as my PC was severely infected.
